Stevens Amendment
How we fund our work
The Stevens Amendment is a federal regulation that requires a funding disclosure statement on all state and local projects or programs that use federal funds. The regulation provides transparency and accountability.
U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Health and Human Services (HHS), and Education grant recipients must disclose the percentage of the costs financed with federal funds, the federal dollar amount, and the percentage and dollar amount financed by nonfederal funds.
